Preliminary task.
The purpose of a preliminary task to help us understand how to use a camera and to get use to the different camera angles that can be used, for example we thought we couldn't get two people into a id shot which we done with ease in this task . It allowed our group to understand what we would have to do in our thriller film to put it all together using the editing software that is provided. It also allowed our group to understand what angles work well with what camera angles for example we thought a close up would work well when we left the hall but found out the mid shot was the best to show the expression. Also this tasked has helped us understand that we would have to film our thriller in a quite location to make sure we have no sounds that we don't want to be in our thriller film, as there is slight background noise that we do not want in this task.Throughout this whole process we learned how to handle the camera and how to work with it well, we also learned how to apply the different camera angles by using the camera for example on being when we walked out of the hall we went from a mid shot to a close up. We learned that we would have to have the location of our thriller film in a quite place because we filmed ours in the hall when people were walking past you could hear them in the background, as you can hear slight sound that was unwanted in our thriller film.
The preliminary task will help my group with our thriller film because it has taught us how to use a camera and how to understand what camera angles we use where for example one of them being a mid shot that goes into a long shot when I walk into the hall for this task. We also have learned how long it would take to film our thriller film because it took us about 30 minutes to film a 1 minute clip, we have learned various strengths from this task one of them being the first shot we chose to use may not always be the best and we did have difficulties when doing this prem task that we will try not to do in the actual filming of our thriller film for example one of them being the noise in the background.

You have made a start in explaining what the preliminary task was. But you need to relate your points to examples to show further understanding of the task. For example when you are explaining a camera shot that was difficult to record, relate to more examples to support the point that you are making.
